Information from Third Parties

4. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party AI Services

Certain features within our apps use third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services to provide personalized content, including reflections, recommendations, and conversational responses.

AI Provider

We use the Claude AI service operated by Anthropic, Inc. (548 Market St, PMB 90375, San Francisco, CA 94104) to process user-submitted content and generate AI-powered responses. Your data is sent through our secure servers to Anthropic, Inc. for processing. Data Sent to AI Services

When you use AI-powered features, the following data may be transmitted to Anthropic, Inc.:

• Text you enter in journal entries, struggle reflections, and chat conversations
• Contextual information you provide, such as your sport, training goals, and coaching style preferences (e.g., mentor name and tone)
• Conversation history within AI chat features to maintain context
• Memory context derived from previous conversations (e.g., goals, achievements, life events) to personalize responses
• Recent journal summaries used to provide relevant context

No personal identifiers (name, email, device ID) are included in requests sent to Anthropic, Inc. Data is transmitted solely for the purpose of generating a response and is not stored on our servers after processing.

Data Protection by AI Provider

Anthropic, Inc. implements industry-standard security measures to protect data during transmission and processing. Data sent via their API is encrypted in transit, is not used to train or improve their AI models, and is subject to their data retention and deletion policies as described in their Privacy Policy.

Consent and Control

We obtain your explicit consent before sharing any data with Anthropic, Inc. You will be presented with a clear disclosure explaining what data is shared and with whom before any AI features are activated.

You may revoke your consent at any time through the app's Settings screen. Revoking consent will disable AI-powered features but will not affect your ability to use other features of the app. Previously generated AI responses stored locally on your device will not be deleted unless you choose to delete them.

5. Advertising and Your Choices

We work with advertising partners to display ads in our games. These partners may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized advertisements.

Opt-Out Options:

• iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking, or Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising
• Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
• In-Game: Where available, use the privacy settings within our games

Note: Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads; you will still see non-personalized advertisements.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Service Providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf (analytics, hosting, customer support)
• Advertising Partners: For delivering and measuring advertisements
